Delete Your Account

You can delete your Steady1 account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app.

This page applies to the Steady1 app, developed and operated by Steady Connect Technologies Limited (Malta).
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once confirmed, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

How to delete your account

Delete directly from the app

You can delete your account at any time from within the Steady1 app. No email or form required.

  1. Open the Steady1 app on your device.
  2. Tap your avatar (profile picture) in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Account page and tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What happens after you request deletion

  • Your account is immediately locked — you cannot log back in.
  • All active sessions on all devices are instantly invalidated.
  • A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.
  • All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Steady1 does not sell personal data. No personal data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
